Have you ever experienced astral projection? Also known as an out of body experience, this type of phenomena is associated with the separation of the consciousness of a person from his or her physical body. When this occurs, there is a myriad of experiences – not normally achievable in usual reality – which are possible in this state of consciousness. These include actions such as flying around and going through walls. This may or may not take place in the usual physical environment we are used to – it depends on the vibrational level of the individual and how disassociated he or she is from the physical environment. This type of experience is also different than a dream and it is often described as ‘more real’ than those.
Short of having a spontaneous OOBE, which often involves a shock or sudden trauma, one has to induce a trance state and project his or her consciousness out of the body in a conscious and willing manner. This is not necessarily easily achieved and requires a dedicated effort on the part of most individuals.
While dedication will still be required in any case, there is an audio tool which may be used to facilitate the process of inducing an out of body experience consciously. Binaural beats, a form of brainwave entrainment, are able to align the brain processes with the same frequency levels that are occurring during any OOBE. In other words, this type of sound technology can alter brainwaves and make them the same as they would be during an OOBE. This effectively and effortlessly brings about a light trance state from which it then becomes much easier to disassociate one’s consciousness from the physical body using a chosen technique (such as visualization).
Thus an astral projection binaural beats slows down the brainwaves of the listener into the theta and delta spectrum of frequencies and eases the whole process of projection. Astral projections for beginners may be challenging, but don’t give up before you have tried this technology!
