You probably already own a Nikon camera and are asking whether or not the upgrade to the Nikon D7000 is worth the price. You’ve probably heard some rumbling and whisperings about the new features and the higher quality pictures of the D7000. This article is my own biased opinion that the Nikon 7000 price is not near as much as the value you will receive from it. If you have the money, you’ll want to go out and this camera as soon as you can.
The Nikon D7000 price just for the body is $1,199. The telephoto lens and other accessories are a bit more. But if you love high quality pictures and you take hundreds or maybe thousands of photos, then the Nikon D7000 will more than pay for its price in every single picture you take in the years to come. Here, you really get a lot more than what you pay for.
Now I’ll review the best features of the Nikon D7000 that make the price seem piddly in comparison to the value it produces. First, the new metal alloy body makes the camera very easy and enjoyable to use. Then you add in the twin card slots for pics and videos. For the main course, you combine a higher ISO and RAW capacity with higher resolution and some other technical stuff and what you get are consistently better pictures across the board in a variety of situation. The D7000 takes in more light in low light situations and consistently produces stellar photos here. On top of that the D7000 also has 1080 HD video capacity.
If you have the money available, then wait no more and go out and get the camera. The proof really is in the pudding here. Once you experience over and over again the higher quality of pictures, videos and overall usability, you won’t want to go back to anything you had beforehand. The value you get with the D7000 is so much more than you would ever pay for it.
