There is also the Notion Ink Adam that will be released this December. The Adam has a screen that supports e-ink, you can turn the backlight off. Best of both world on a single device.
Blackberry is offering a tablet too, but it isn’t available just yet. It has incredible synergy with their mobile phones, and the Operating Systems looks amazing in the videos I have seen. Not to mention that it has the best specs out of all the tablets announced until today.

The same players that dominate the tablet market, make the best mobile phones today. Apple’s iPhone 4 it’s in a league of its own. The premium materials, sleek design, an optimized operating system with the largest selection of apps (almost 300.000) it is one of the most attractive choices on the market. Android is close behind and is threatening Apple to take its crown. There is a very large selection of Android devices. I recommend HTC and Samsung. In that order. Forget about LG or other makers. Blackberry is still considered the best for business users, but it has tried to approach casual users too with its Torch. You may want to take a look at that, if you like Blackberry.
