Getting Back To Real Food

With all of the hype about dieting, it is hard to know where to turn. The information over-load is overwhelming to say the least. No two experts agree which is why many people are turning to a more simple solution.

Clean eating is the wave of the past. That’s right, past, and it is now becoming the wave of the future. Clean eating is nothing more than getting back to the way we used to eat in this country when farms where family owned and the food and animals were grown with love and care. The farmers didn’t just grow for other people; they were growing for their own family and community as well.

With farms being taken over by the corporate model, it is becoming increasingly rare to find high quality, all natural food. It seems making a profit is more important then providing safe food, much less healthy food. It is important that we take the growing of our food into our own hands again. This does not mean we need to grow it ourselves but simply support local farms that hold true to organic, healthy fair.

As far as dieting goes, if you need to use a diet, use it to get where you need to quickly. A quick diet may be the tool you need to get to your goals. After you have reached your goals then you get off of dieting and start eating clean. This also means quite drinking alcohol, smoking, eating high saturated fat foods and other life drainers.

We never needed to diet a hundred years ago, that should tell you something. The junk that passes for food today is an abomination. The growth hormones and anti-biotics are making us all sick and it is time once and for all to say enough is enough.
