Another articles in People magazine states that “Schnatter claims his success comes from only using purified water, fresh spring wheat, fresh-packed tomato plants and also the cheapest-body fat mozzarella available.” Schnatter also started rating his pizza. He offered those he ranked 9 or 10, and put the 7′s and below. His idea was if he only offered perfect pizza, he’d sell more.
