People who are often affected by teeth grinding in sleep are normally those who are in a highly stressful environment.  This can be work related stress that can easily be addressed.   You can either visit a therapist or just simply do some regular exercise to release you from tension.  Refrain also from taking too much caffeinated food and drinks.  It is a known fact that caffeine stimulates and heart, respiratory and central nervous system and it raises blood pressure.  Excessive drinking of alcohol should also be avoided.


There are a lot of things that can trigger bruxism but the ultimate solution to all these troubles is your ability to teach yourself to relax to take it easy with a little exercise to kick the stress out.
