  5. Eat good food – real food is best.  What is real food?  The stuff that goes bad and can’t exist in a packages for months and months.  Vegetables are number one, fruits in season, whole grains that are not processed and meats from animals that moved.
  6. Do things you love – if you don’t know what this is, start trying things out.  There are a million different activities out there and the good news is that they are all more accessible then ever.
  7. Lastly, listen to your body and internal voice.  It can take a while to get accustomed to listening to this over your mind by you can help the process through quantum mind power or meditation.
