There are a number of coconut water brands on the market in the USA and Canada. By far the biggest selling and most available are the three brands of Zico, Vita Coco and O.N.E. It is very hard to say which brand is the best or the healthiest. Taste is subjective and all coconut water that is not off is very healthy for you.
There are two basic types of people when it comes to coconut water. The first type is those people who grew up in a hot country where they drank coconut water and coconut milk all the time.
