First of all you should know that the Armani Code Summer is a summer version of
the Armani Black Code fragrance for men and at the same time of the Armani Code
fragrance for women – basically it is a unisex perfume for both him and her.
Armani Code Summer
Resulting from this fact it does smell relatively similar to the Armani Code and the
Armani Black Code. If you have used those perfumes in the past and you have been
satisfied the Armani Code Summer edition will also satisfy.
The difference between the originals and the Armani Code Summer version is that the
summer version is lighter. It leaves more room to breath and smells fresher. In comparison
to the originals you can’t really smell the heavy musk and sweetness anymore but there
is more of a fresh citrus note in the summer version.
This perfume is not really a winter or cold-nights perfume like for example the dior pure poison elixir. Exactly as the name says it is a summer fragrance – the right thing for summer days, going to the beach or eating
outside on a warm day. If you need a winter perfume though you should just stick to the originals.
