There are a lot of people out there who likes to think that one needs to stand 6’6” or even higher than that, in order to be able to make a slam dunk. If you too are thinking the same, know now that you are dead wrong! You see, even if you are not blessed with a good height, it is still possible for you to drive the ball into the hoops and make that jaw-dropping slam dunk, given that you make use of the correct approach and follow the right training. Here in this article, is a brief review of two of the most celebrated jump programs available in the market these days – the Jump Manual and the Vertical Jump Bible. Read on to find out what they are about and decide what among them should you choose to follow.
The Vertical Jump Bible Review
This program is masterfully created by Kelly Baggett and its teachings are based on scientific principles. It is a pdf document that also comes along with some cool snapshots or photos of the routines and other stuffs. The entire eBook is one-hundred-fifty pages long and most of its content are descriptions and illustrations of various drills and exercises which according to the author, has helped him add twenty inches more to his vertical jump height and that you too can do it.
What even makes this jump program great is that it is easy on the budget. The only disadvantage with this program is that since most, if not all of its teachings are based on scientific principles, it kind of makes it difficult to understand a bit. However, all in all, the Vertical Jump Bible by Kelly Baggett is still a great find!
This is a comprehensive jump program that is written by Jacob Hiller. This program focuses on various routines that will help strengthen each and every muscle that you use whenever you go for a jump. If there is one thing that makes this program stand out over the Jump Bible is that, it contains videos for almost all of the routines and drills which are outlined in the eBook. This program also offers a free full month one-to-one coaching via email which will be conducted by the author, Jacob Hiller himself.
The only disadvantage of this is that, it is a bit pricey as compared to the Jump Bible; however, if you can get videos of the exercises that you will be doing, then what more could you ask for right?
