Mighty Beanz and Their Impact This Christmas

This year, the Mighty Beanz range of toys look set to succeed. With many ranges of the toy line available and on shelves over the festive period this year, sales are sure to be very good, with not just one license on show this time, but three in total. Each of these licensed held by the distributer, Spin Master toys, targets a slightly different age group.

The lineup is as follows- first there are the Star Wars Mighty Beanz toys, which are licensed from Lucasfilm and George Lucas, allowing the Mighty Beanz to be remade in the form of mini Star Wars characters. As well as this line of toys there are also the Marvel Mighty Beanz, which revamps the previous Beanz series that was based upon the Mighty Beanz and updates the characters to more modern versions such as the Red Hulk.

Both of these licensed toys are hoped to do very well for its North American distributer this year, especially since previous licensed products such as Pokémon and the Simpsons have done very well for the company.

If you have never heard of Spin Master before they were first founded in 1994 by 3 friends who had raised enough money to start their own company. Their first product, the Earth Buddy, managed to do very well and went on to ground the company for the years ahead. The company’s next major success turned out to be the Sky Shark, a flying toy which was a massive hit and established the company as a major player.

Now in 2010 the Spin Master brand is well recognized and Mighty Beanz can be includes as one of the highest profile toys in the company’s line up, with adverts on children’s TV channels such as Nickelodeon and the Cartoon Network showing just how far the company has come in such a short period of time.
